Villa 3B-18 — our second property at San Pietro Resort — brings a more contemporary edge to an unbeatable location. Built to a higher specification than many older resort villas, it features clean architectural lines, a generous pool terrace with glimpses of the Adriatic sea through the pine canopy, and interiors finished to a premium standard throughout.

Three en-suite bedrooms are designed with rest as a priority — blackout curtains, quality linens, individual air conditioning and built-in wardrobes. The living area opens directly onto the pool terrace, blurring the line between inside and outside living. The kitchen is fully equipped for genuine cooking, not just reheating.

Villa 3B-18 is especially popular with couples, smaller families and guests who prioritise seclusion and contemporary design. Its position within the resort is slightly more private than 3B-16, with less footfall past the gate.
